Payment

 

To confirm your order, a deposit of 30% will be required and the balance upon sending a photo of your finished work by email. The shipment will be done only when you have paid the total amount of your order.

Payment must be made by bank transfer.

Delivery

​

Upon receipt of your final payment, the artwork is sent. It takes 4 to 10 business days for delivery. A tracking number will be sent to you.
Customs and import taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Deadlines

 

As soon as we receive your petals at the workshop, it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the creation of the work.

Recommendations

​

For the good conservation of your artwork, avoid a direct exposure of the sun rays and the wet places (ex: bathroom). To clean the frame of your artwork, avoid all household products. Use water with a microfiber cloth.
