THE RECIPE for a 100g bar (in the video the recipe is X4)

 

40g SCI Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate gentle surfactant

 

30g Plant Powder e.g. oat powder 20g olive Oil 10g Honey for hydration and shine

 

10-20g Water to dissolve everything 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Place all ingredients in a double boiler

2 Mix until a paste forms

3 Press the paste into a silicone mold

4 Freeze for 4 hours

5 Remove from mold cut and let dry on a rack

6 Wait 1 week before using it

 

USAGE TIP

Place the soap on a loofah sponge in the shower to prevent melting or use a soap dish so it can dry properly between uses

 

PERSONAL NOTE I also use this bar as a body wash
