Healthy Oatmeal and Chocolate Cookies (Refined Sugar Free)

Soft cookies, naturally sweetened with dates. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or a guilt-free snack.

Ingredients :

150g Oats

210g Flour

150g Shredded Coconut

220g Date Paste

1 tsp Baking Powder

140g Vegetable Oil

100g Chocolate Chips

130g Milk

Preparation :

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Form into balls and flatten them well on the baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 180 C (350 F) for 10 to 12 minutes.

  4. Important: Turn off the oven and leave the door slightly open for 4 minutes so they finish cooking gently and set perfectly.
